The founder of the Hungarian Communist Party, Kun Béla.

On 20 February 1886, the birthday of the founder of the Hungarian Communist Party, Kun Béla. Kun was born in the village of Liege in Transylvania. During his secondary school years, he joined the Hungarian Social Democratic Party. After the outbreak of the First World War, he was captured in the war against Russia. In the summer of 1917, he joined the Russian Bolsheviks. On 6 November 1918, he renamed Major Shevchenko Emil to return to Hungary.
