In the late days of the Ming Dynasty, a unified trend emerged in the development of the feminist society. From 1582 to 1588, the first unified departments of the state were unified. Later, the western parts of the Punch River basin and the eastern parts of the East Sea in the north of Long White Shandong were merged. During the unification process, the eight-flag system was created and the people were ordered to create the full language with Mongolian letters.

On February 17, 1616 (the first day of the first month of the 44th year of Wanli of the Ming Dynasty), Nurhachi declared himself a Khan of the Jin Dynasty, separated Liaodong, and established the capital of Hetuala. The country was named Jin, and it was called Later Jin in history.
