The Birth of a Nation.

On March 3, 1915, D-W-Grieffith¡¯s ¡°The Birth of a Nation¡± starred in controversy. This monumental, yet fierce controversial film, which lasted three hours, was a record of the war and reconstruction of the United States of America. It took a year to make the film, hiring countless temporary actors dressed in the grand war scene. But this epic film damaged its image because of the obvious colors of racist forgiveness. All the blacks in the film were stupid, evil, or both.

Griffith has used many methods that have not been used in previous films, applied all the techniques of modern filmmaking, effectively telling us the story of a Southern white family seeking dignity in the riots. Lilian Keesh plays a black-threatened family member. A three-K party man wearing a flashed armor like a knight, flew to the brink of insult, rescued her and avenged for her. Black and white liberals intend to protest the film. Resistance to the film may appear, but this may lead to the opposite outcome.
