On January 10, 1946, the ¡°Council of Ministers¡± denied the rule of the National Party¡¯s dictatorship. On January 10, 1946, the members of the Central Delegation attended the meeting, in accordance with the ¡°Twentieth Agreement¡± political consultative conference was held in Chongqing.
