The first foreign emissary of modern China, Guo Qing, went to England on January 21, 1877 (December 8, 1876). Guo Qing (1818-1891) was the first foreign diplomat in China, and in 1847 he entered the chancellor, and in 1853 followed the establishment of the Chancellor of Guo Qing (December 8, 1876). In 1856 he went to the southern library, and in 1863 to Guo Qing (December 8, 1875). He was the first foreign diplomat in China in 1876 (December 2, 1853). In the beginning of 1853 (December 2, 1877) Liu Qing was appointed deputy secretary. In 1876 Liu Qing was appointed deputy secretary of the United Kingdom.
