Since the end of the war in Algeria on February 17, 2008, the city has been officially ruled by a population of about 200, and its neighborhood is called for independence (January 11, 2008), Kosovo has officially declared its independence. The newly elected Prime Minister of Kosovo Sache (formerly) passed the Declaration of Independence of the former ¡°Kosovo Liberation Army¡± leader of the Republic of Kosovo (Kosovo Liberation Army) on February 17, 2008, at a parliamentary meeting held in Pristina, more than 1,000 people said after the declaration was passed that Kosovo is a ¡°independent, sovereign and democratic state¡± in Serbia¡¯s capital Belgrade.
