Today, 32 years ago, on February 28th, 1993 (February 8th, 1993 in the lunar calendar), the United Nations issued World Heritage Certificates to Wulingyuan, Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong. Wulingyuan Scenic Area On February 28th, 1993, UNESCO issued certificates for China's three scenic spots, Wulingyuan, Jiuzhai River and Huanglong, to be listed in the World Heritage List as world natural heritages. Wulingyuan is the core scenic spot of Zhangjiajie, covering an area of 369 square kilometers. It has jurisdiction over Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Tianzishan Scenic Area and Suoxiyu Scenic Area. The steep mountain peaks, boundless forests, beautiful mountain streams, deep caves and valleys here ¡­ merge into a magical and wonderful world. Five thousand rock peaks are in various shapes, standing in the depths of the clear valley; Eight hundred streams winding through Shicun Valley; Tibetan peaks, bridges, caves, lakes and waterfalls are integrated into one, which integrates secluded, wild, strange, beautiful and dangerous, and constitutes a natural museum in the world today. Jiuzhaigou is famous all over the world for its primitive, quiet and mysterious atmosphere, with crystal-clear snow peaks, thick green forests, and more than 100 plateau lakes (called "Haizi" by locals), waterfalls and streams, especially the Spark Sea, Wucaichi, etc. The water quality is clear and thorough, and the stones at the bottom of the water are crystal clear and reflect sunlight, showing a dreamy brilliance. Huanglong Scenic Area, known as "Yaochi on Earth", is located among the virgin forests in the northwest plain of Sichuan. The clear snow water flowing down from the top of the snow treasure forms layers of crystal-clear pools on the rocks, reflecting the snow-white ice peaks, verdant forests and clouds all over the sky.
