Ninety years ago today, on May 7th, 1935 (April 5th, 1935 in the lunar calendar), Japan immigrated to Jiamusi armed forces. A group of Japanese armed immigration groups came to Northeast China and moved to the predetermined place. On May 7, 1935, according to the immigration plan of Kwantung Army, Japan's Ministry of Extension formulated the Document on the Fundamental Policy of Agricultural Immigration in Manchuria, and determined the fundamental policy of the immigration plan as follows: 100,000 households will be immigrated to Northeast China within 15 years since 1936. At the same time, Japan's Ministry of Extension set up the Manchuria Immigration Association in China, which is responsible for publicity, recruitment and training of immigrants. Later, the Kwantung Army and Manchuria Railway set up "Manchuria Tuozhi Co., Ltd." in Northeast China to be responsible for resettling Japanese immigrants. After the third immigration, the Kwantung Army held the first immigration meeting from November 26 to December 6, 1934, in response to the "reclamation disease" caused by the attack of the Northeast People's Anti-Japanese Armed Forces. The meeting emphasized the "national policy significance" of a large number of immigrants to Northeast China, and passed the Kwantung Army's "Manchuria Agricultural Immigration Plan", which stipulated that "Japan's overseas immigration should focus on Manchuria". After the meeting, the Kwantung Army formulated various detailed immigration plans.
