On this day, 85 years ago, on March 30, 1940 (February 22, 1940, the Wang Puppet People's "North China Government Affairs Committee" was established. On March 30, 1940, after the occupation of Shanghai Beach, the original name of "North China Provisional Government" was abolished and renamed "North China Government Affairs Committee". The committee enjoyed extremely high autonomy in the Wang puppet regime and had direct jurisdiction over the appeasement army.
