On this day, 393 years ago, January 24, 1632 (December 4, 1631 of the lunar calendar), Japanese Shogun General Hidetada Tokugawa passed away. Tokugawa Hidetada (May 12, 1579-January 24, 1632) was the third son of Tokugawa Ieyasu. His mother was the Nisho Bureau (Nisho Aai), and his young name was Nagamataru. Because his eldest brother Nobunaga Matsuhira was ordered by Nobunaga Oda to commit seppuku in his early years on suspicion of having an internal connection with Nobunaga Takeda, and his second brother Hideyasu Yuki became the adopted son of the Yuki family. As a result, Hideyasu became the heir of the Tokugawa family from a Taisei minister to the successor of the Tokugawa family and the second general of the Edo Shogunate (1605 - 1623). Tokugawa Hidetada's first wife is Ajiang, Nagamasa's third daughter. Tokugawa Hideyu died of illness in 1632. The law is called Taide Yuan.
