On April 20, 1956, Mao Zedong, Liu Shaoqi, Zhou Enlai and the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress and the Ethnic Affairs Committee of the People's Republic of China. They sent messages to congratulate the establishment of the Preparatory Committee of the Tibet Autonomous Region.
