The conference elected the Executive Committee of the Democratic Women's Federation. At the first meeting of the first executive committee, He Xiangning was invited to be honorary chairman of the Democratic Women's Federation, Cai Chang was elected chairman, Deng Yingchao, Li Dequan and Xu Guangping were vice chairmen, and District Mengjue was appointed secretary-general.
