German composer Teleman's birthday

Teleman (1681-1767) was a German composer and organist. Born in Magdeburg on March 14, 1681, and died on June 25, 1767 in Hamburg. Born in a priest's family. The mayor of Leipzig became famous as a genius and ordered him to perform an oratorio every two weeks. He hosted the "Friends of Music Club" in college and performed after class, setting the forefront of music in European universities. In 1702, he was hired as music director by the Leipzig Opera House, and in 1704, he was hired as an organist for the New Church. He performed his sacred oratorios, chamber music and operas. In 1721, he became chief of the Hamburg Cathedral.

Teleman is recognized as one of the authoritative composers of the mid-18th century. It is considered to be a bridge and an important transitional figure between the late Baroque and the emerging classical music school. He is also an authority on music theory and an influential music educator. He organized various forms of concerts so that church music could also be performed in secular concerts, breaking the boundaries of religious music that did not leave the church, thereby popularizing music.

Teleman is a composer who has achieved outstanding achievements through self-study, which is rare in the history of music. He is a prolific writer. In 1739, according to his own statistics, he composed more than 600 overtures, trios, concertos, hapsikod and chorus, more than 40 operas and oratorios each, and more than 100 various ceremonial tunes.
