On this day, 33 years ago, January 4, 1992 (November 30, 1991 in the lunar calendar), my country established diplomatic relations with Ukraine. On December 8, Uzbekistan signed the Commonwealth of Independent States Agreement with Russia and Russian leaders. On January 4, 1992, diplomatic relations were established with our country.
