At about 9 o'clock, the ceremony began amid the majestic national anthem. In accordance with international practice, a "bottle throwing ceremony" is followed by the ribbon cutting. As a bottle of champagne smashed the bow of the ship, gorgeous ribbons were sprayed on both sides, and the surrounding ships sounded their sirens together, and the audience burst into warm applause. The aircraft carrier slowly moved out of the dock under towing and docked at the dock. The second aircraft carrier was developed by my country itself. Construction started in November 2013 and construction in the dock began in March 2015. At present, the main hull of the aircraft carrier has been constructed, and major system equipment such as power and electricity have been installed in place. Undocking and launching is one of the major nodes in the construction of aircraft carriers, marking a major phased achievement in my country's independent design and construction of aircraft carriers. In the next step, the aircraft carrier will carry out system equipment debugging and outfitting construction as planned, and carry out comprehensive mooring tests.
