In late March 1947, Mao Zedong led the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on his way to northern Shaanxi. Mao Zedong was deeply moved and wrote an inscription for martyr Liu Hulan,"A great life, a glorious death"(later lost in the War of Liberation). This is a J.12 stamp issued by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications on 1977-01-31 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the heroic death of martyr Liu Hulan
