On this day, 104 years ago, on February 22, 1921 (January 15, 1921 in the lunar calendar), Kautsky and others founded the "Second Half International". On February 22, 1921, Kautsky's Independent Democratic Party of Germany, the Independent Labour Party of Britain and other "Central Socialist Party" of 13 countries met in Vienna to establish the "Socialist International Workers 'Federation", which was different in form from the Second International, but actually followed the opportunist line of the late Second International. Because it claims to stand politically between the Second International and the Third International, it is also called the "Second Half International".
