Insurance companies provide pension insurance for rural "two women" households. On March 13, 1982, Xinhua Agency reported: The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council recently issued the "Instructions on Further Improving Family Planning Work", requiring state cadres, employees, and urban residents, except for those approved under special circumstances, to have only one child per couple. Rural areas generally advocate that a couple only have one child. If some people have practical difficulties and require two children, they can make planned arrangements after approval. In either case, you cannot have a third child. The central government regards family planning as a long-term basic national policy and unswervingly adheres to it.
