On April 26, 2006 (March 29, 2006), the National Party Chairman's leadership team visited the mainland on the invitation of the CPC Central Committee and the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, Hu Jintao, the Chinese National Party Chairman's leadership of the Chinese National Party, visited Nanjing, Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai from April 26 to May 3.
