131 years ago today, on October 5, 1894 (September 7, 1894 in the lunar calendar), Deng Zhongxia, leader of the Workers 'Movement of the Communist Party of China, was born. Deng Zhongxia (1894.10.5-1933), also known as Deng Kang. He is from Yizhang, Hunan. In 1917, he entered Peking University's Guowen School to study, and in 1919 he joined the May 4th Movement. In March 1920, the Marxist Theory Research Society of Peking University was initiated. In October of the same year, he joined the Beijing Communist Group. In August 1922, he was elected as a member of the Central Executive Committee of the Second Socialist Youth League, and served as chairman of the Provisional Central Bureau, member of the Central Bureau, and director of the Organization Department. Later, he participated in the workers 'movement. In 1927, he participated in the 87th Conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and was elected as an alternate member of the Political Bureau of the Provisional Central Committee. In May 1933, he was arrested by the Kuomintang authorities. On September 21, he was killed in Yuhuatai, Nanjing at the age of 39.
