Huang Hua, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China, was born

Huang Hua (1913~), born on January 25, 1913. Formerly known as Wang Rumei. Chinese diplomat. A native of Ci County, Hebei Province. Graduated from Yenching University. Joined the Communist Party of China in 1936. He later served as the party secretary of the Peiping (now Beijing) Federation of Students, and the translator of the Red Army Headquarters in the Soviet District of Northern Shaanxi. During the Anti-Japanese War, he served as the officer of the Department of Cadres of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the director of the organization of the Northwest Youth Salvation Congress, the youth committee of the Yangtze River Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the secretary of the party group of the All-China Federation of Students, the director of education of the Yan'an Youth Cadre School, the political secretary of Zhu De, the secretary of the overseas work committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he successively served as the director of foreign affairs of the Tianjin Military Control Commission, the member of the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the director of foreign affairs of the Military Control Commission, the member of the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the director of foreign affairs of the Military Management Office, the Chinese representative of the Korean Armistice Negotiations, the director of the European and African Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Chinese ambassador to Ghana, Egypt and Canada, the Permanent Representative to the United Nations, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (1976.12-1982.11), the Vice Premier of the State Council, and the State Councilor. He is the vice chairperson of the 6th Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, a member of the 10th, 11th and 12th Central Committees of the Communist Party of China, and a standing member of the 13th Central Advisory Committee.
