Ninety-four years ago today, on February 27, 1931 (January 11, 1931), Mao Zedong confirmed the peasants' ownership of land after the land reform. On February 27, 1931, Mao Zedong, in the spirit of the Circular No. 9 of the Central Bureau of the Soviet District of the Communist Party of China on February 8, "Land Issues and Anti-Rich Peasants Strategies", wrote to the Jiangxi Soviet Government in the name of the Director of the General Political Department of the Central Revolutionary Military Commission, confirming the peasants' ownership of land after the land reform, and pointed out that so stipulated, "It is a process that should have taken place in the era of civil rights revolution, communism is not done in a day," and only the implementation of policies necessary for the stage of bourgeois-democratic revolution "is a good way to truly move towards communism."
