Thirty-nine years ago today, on January 24, 1986 (December 15, 1985 lunar calendar), Hyman died suddenly at the stadium. Hyman (right) played against the Chinese team at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. On January 24, 1986, the famous American women's volleyball player F. Hyman died suddenly during a game in Japan at the age of 31. F. Hyman represented the Japanese Oei Trading Company in the game against Hitachi in Songjiang, west of Tokyo, Japan.
