Feng Yang, chief of the financial unit of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Trust and Investment Company in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and Xu Jianxin, a contractor of a shopping mall in Huzhou City, privately transferred 5.1 million yuan of funds from the bank by forging an "entrusted loan" and withdrew 1.04 million yuan in cash to abscond abroad.
