On February 3, 1997, the permanent constitution of South Africa entered into force, ending the more than 300-year apartheid regime. During the demonstration against the apartheid system, black youth were preparing to throw a burning bottle on the police on February 3, 1997, at midnight, the former permanent constitution of South Africa came into force, marking the legal end of the 300-year apartheid system in South Africa. After the permanent constitution came into force, the National Committee of the South African Provincial Representatives will officially take office on May 6, 1997. This committee, composed of representatives from nine South African provinces, replaced the former Senate. The South African Republic was preceded by the British, immigrant and co-founded after two Polish wars. The South African National Association was forced out of Great Britain on May 31, 1961, although it was called the South African Republic, but
