82 years ago today, on April 1, 1943 (February 27, 1943 in the lunar calendar), the Kunming Training Center of the Chinese Expeditionary Force opened. Another general school class is set up to provide pre-India preparation education for military officers trained in India, and to introduce the general situation and diplomatic etiquette of the US military in India, Myanmar and the United Kingdom.
