58 years ago today, on May 7, 1967 (March 28, 1967), our army shot down 26 US military aircraft. From 1966 to 1970, 26 US military fighter jets and reconnaissance planes that invaded Chinese airspace were shot down. There were also military fighter jets, reconnaissance planes and seaplanes of the Taiwan authorities that entered the airspace over the mainland.
