On February 23, 2006, the men's air skills final of the Olympic Winter Games Freestyle Skiing in Turin was held at the Saoz Durx Ski Resort in Turin, Italy. Chinese player Han Xiaopeng defeated many good players and won the gold medal. This is the first gold medal in the snow event won by a Chinese player in the history of the Olympic Winter Games. Han Xiaopeng, born 1982-12-13, is 173cm tall and weighs 68kg. Individual champion of the 2000 National Championships, silver medal of the 2005 World Cup in Australia, silver medal of the 2005 Czech World Cup, third place in the 2005 World Cup Finals in Italy, and gold medal of the 20th Olympic Winter Games in Turin in 2006.
