Anne Frank and her diary On February 24, 1967, in a courtroom in Munich, West Germany, two men and a woman finally stood in the dock and were sentenced to death. During World War II, these three men were the Nazi secret police in the Netherlands during World War II. They were indirectly involved in the killing of 140,000 Dutch people.
