Today, 59 years ago, on February 3, 1966 (Calendar January 14, 1966), the Soviet unmanned spacecraft "Moon 9" landed on the moon. On February 3, 1966, the unmanned spacecraft "Moon 9" launched by the Soviet Union for the first time successfully landed softly on the surface of the moon and returned panoramic photos of the moon to Earth. In order to complete this human initiative, the Soviet Union began launching 24 series of lunar spacecraft from January 1959. Three of them brought back specimens from the moon's surface, photographed 498 formations on the moon's surface and successfully photographed the back of the moon. This series of results indicates that humans are gradually entering the space age.
