He was once a first-class soldier in a certain unit of the Armed Police Force in Kunming, and later entered a school of the Armed Police Force to study until committing a crime. On October 16, 1994, Sun Xiaoguo and other students at the Armed Police School at that time collaborated with four unemployed young people to drive around in a car and forcibly drove the two young women on Huancheng South Road in Chenggong County, 6 kilometers from Chenggong to Yiliang, and gang raped them. On October 28, 1994, Sun Xiaoguo was brought into trial and approved for arrest on April 4, 1995. In June 1995, she was released on bail pending trial. After the trial, she was not brought into prison and executed (and no complete legal procedures were discovered; Only the police officer handling the case saw a medical parole procedure that was completed on March 27, 1997 at the Panlong District Detention Center). On December 20, 1995, the People's Court of Panlong District sentenced Sun Xiaoguo to two years in prison. One night in April 1997, Sun Xiaoguo raped a 16-year-old girl Song in Room 908 of the Chayuanlou Hotel. In June of the same year, while Sun Xiaoguo and others were playing in the entertainment city, they forcibly took two young women to Room 906 of the hotel."When there were other people in the room," Sun Xiaoguo ignored the other party's resistance and forcibly raped a young woman. Just four days later, Sun Xiaoguo called two female students to Room 906 of the hotel and forcibly raped a female student. In July 1997, after a case involving Sun Xiaoguo, Tuodong Road Police Station in Panlong District received the case and found that Sun Xiaoguo was actually a criminal who should have served his sentence in prison. The police called Sun Xiaoguo's mother, and his mother said: The child has gone back to her grandmother's house in Sichuan. According to the "China Legal Yearbook", within eight months of 1997, Sun Xiaoguo and his gang committed at least eight crimes, involving rape, intentional injury, forced indecency and insulting women, and quarrels and trouble. Sentencing to death On February 18, 1998, after trial, the Kunming City Intermediate People's Court found the defendant Sun Xiaoguo guilty of rape and sentenced him to death and deprived of political rights for life; he was guilty of forcibly insulting women and was sentenced to 15 years in prison; he was guilty of intentional injury and was sentenced to seven years in prison; he was guilty of picking quarrels and causing trouble, was sentenced to three years in prison; he was also sentenced to two years, four months and twelve days for the crime of rape. He was punished concurrently and decided to execute the death penalty and deprive him of political rights for life. After the first-instance judgment, Sun Xiaoguo and others refused to accept and appealed to the Higher People's Court of Yunnan Province. After trial, the Yunnan Province Higher People's Court rejected the appeal in accordance with the law and upheld the original judgment. Transformation into "Li Linchen" In 2010, Sun Xiaoguo was active outside prison in the name of "Li Linchen". In August 2011, Sun Xiaoguo registered a catering company under the name of "Li Linchen". Since 2013, Li Linchen and his real name Sun Xiaoguo have registered and operated a number of nightclubs. In August 2017, all bars and entertainment venues in Kunming were closed due to some adjustments in tenure rights. Sun Xiaoguo later opened Galaxy Club and Yunfang Space Bars in other places in Kunming, but she withdrew from the operation due to personal reasons.
