On this day 220 years ago, on March 14, 1805 (February 14, 1805 lunar calendar), Ji Xiaolan died with iron teeth. Ji Yun (June 15, the second year of Yongzheng - February 14, the tenth year of Jiaqing, that is, July 26, 1724 - March 14, 1805), the word Xiaolan, also the word Chunfan, the evening name Shi Yun, also known as Guan Yi Taoist, Lushi Old Man, Hejian Talent, posthumous name Wenda, in literary works and popular comments, is often called Ji Xiaolan. Tongya Ji Xiaolan was born in an official family, and his father, Ji Rongshu, was a famous textual scientist and had been a capital official. Ji Yun has been intelligent since childhood and is known as a "child prodigy". Emperor Gaozong of Qing Qianlong in the twelfth year (1747) of the township test to solve the Yuan Dynasty, and in the nineteenth year of Qianlong (1754), he was elected as a scholar in the Hanlin Academy. He was taught to edit and repair in a separate library, and moved to Zuochunfang. After the Beijing inspection, he was given the prefect of Duyun Prefecture in Guizhou. Because Emperor Qianlong appreciated his knowledge, he added the title of the fourth grade and stayed as a concubine. Soon, he was promoted to the Hanlin Academy to wait for a bachelor. In the thirty-third year of Qianlong (1768), he was involved in the Salt Deficit Case because he tipped off his in-law Lu Jianzeng. He was sent to Urumqi, Xinjiang. He actively communicated with the locals along the way, saying "If I heard it," and wrote a lot of works, which were later organized into a book, namely the famous "Notes on Yuewei Caotang". Ji Yun opposed Neo-Confucianism, and there were quite profound reflections in "Notes on Yuewei Caotang" and "Synopsis of Siku Quanshu". Two years later, due to the need for Emperor Qianlong to revise books, he was recommended by Liu Tongxun and recalled from Xinjiang. From the thirty-eighth year of Qianlong (1773), he served as the chief editor of the "Siku Quanshu" library, receiving 3,503 kinds of books, a total of 79,337 volumes. He also repaired "Synopsis of Siku Quanshu" and "Rehe Zhi". The court gave 500 taels of silver to cure the funeral and gave it to the posthumous Wenda. "Qing History Manuscript" has been passed down. Ji Xiaolan thought that his works could not exceed the ancients, so he did not rewrite them, "It was lost at will, and the manuscript was not saved". Li Yuandu said: "The public's chest has a thousand years, so it is not light to write books, and what he wants to say can be found in the four library books." Ji Xiaolan said in his later years, "I have tasted that it is easy to say that the ancients were poems, but it is easy and difficult for today's people to be poems. Since I received the book at an early age, I have learned to sing, and I have worked hard in the middle to advocate peace with the world. I quite don't want future generations; this year I will be eighty, but I dare not say a word when I turn around, and I dare not keep the motto in my life. I have gradually deepened my experience, and I am proud of my work, which is mostly what the ancients have said; I gallop and rejoice, and it is often what the ancients said. Heh, I have to hug the quilt, and I have to suffer from my ears." But there are still "Notes on Reading Wei Caotang" and "The Remains of Ji Wenda Gong". Written "Comment on Wenxin Carving a Dragon" and participated in the compilation of "Siku Quanshu". Ji Xiaolan
