The Kuomintang Central Committee decided to expel Wang Jingwei from the party

On January 1, 1939, the Central Committee of the Kuomintang passed the "Decision to expel Wang Jingwei from the Party and revoke all his posts." Wang Jingwei participated in the China Alliance in his early years. After the Revolution of 1911, he was bribed by Yuan Shikai and supported Yuan to steal the country. After Yuan Shikai failed, he defected to Sun Yat-sen. In 1925, he served as chairman of the National Government in Guangzhou. In 1927, the "July 15 counter-revolutionary coup" was launched. After the September 18th Incident, compromise with Japan was advocated. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, he served as vice president of the Kuomintang, chairman of the Central Political Committee, and speaker of the National Political Council. He left Chongqing in December 1938 and publicly surrendered to Japan. At the end of 1939, he signed the "Outline for the Adjustment of Japan-China-New Relations" with Japan and Japan. In 1940, the puppet national government was established in Nanjing as chairman. He died in Japan in 1944.
