177 years ago today, on February 24, 1848 (January 20, 1848 lunar calendar), the Manifesto of the Communist Party was officially published. This Manifesto was commissioned by Marx and Engels to draft the League's program by the Second Congress of the Communist League. Between 1848 and 1850, the Manifesto was reprinted, reprinted, and translated into many Western European languages. An English translation of the Manifesto was published in 1850 in the magazine Red Communist, published by Chartist leader Joe Haney. It was only in this edition that Marx and Engels were first identified as the authors of the Manifesto. In 1920, 72 years after the publication of the Manifesto, it was translated from Japanese into Chinese and published by Chen Wangdao.
