It is recorded in the "Records of Figures" in the volume of "Laiyang County Annals"(24th edition of the Republic of China):"Deputy tribute of the Qing Dynasty, a Taoist priest recommended. In the Republic of China, he served as the chief police officer of Beijing Outer City, the governor of Shuntian Prefecture, and the deputy commander of Zhenglan Flag. Wang Zhixin was promoted to Zhizhou after participating in the suppression of the Boxer Rebellion Movement. Soon after, he went to Tianjin to establish a patrol police officer and successively served as a senior police officer and chief patrol officer in Gyeonggi, Fengtian and the three northeastern provinces. On January 21, 1913, Wang Zhixin was appointed as the chief inspector of the capital police. According to historical records, Wang Zhixin was arrested on June 27, 1914 by Yuan Shikai's order for her involvement in the assassination of Song Jiaoren, and was executed on October 23.
