On October 1, 1814, the participating states of the Anti-French Alliance held a meeting in Vienna, the capital of Austria, to discuss and deal with post-war matters. The meeting ended on June 9, 1815. The meeting was attended by the emperors of Russia, Prussia and Austria, as well as prime ministers and princes of various countries, with a total of 216 representatives attending. Austrian Prime Minister Metternich, who chaired the meeting.

Comment: Countries were conflicted due to the distribution of interests at the meeting, but the meeting laid the foundation for the subsequent establishment of the "Vienna System" with the "Holy Alliance" as the core.
