On this day 594 years ago, on January 19th, 1431 (leap December 6th, 1430 in the lunar calendar), Zheng He sailed for the last time. On January 19th, 1431, Zheng He, an outstanding navigator in the Ming Dynasty in China, led more than 20,000 people to set off from Shimonoseki, Nanjing for the seventh voyage to the Western Ocean. Later, due to the wind at sea, he went to Fujian to take shelter from the wind, and did not officially sail until the end of the same year. This is Zheng He's last voyage.
