On January 7, 1931, the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Shanghai. The meeting was a meeting planned by Mifu, a representative of the Communist International, who helped bring Chen Shaoyu (Wang Ming) and others to power. Xiang Zhongfa presided over the meeting and made the "Report of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee". The meeting was full of fierce struggles.
