Indonesian overseas Chinese returned to their motherland on a ship sent by our country's government and arrived in Guangzhou. On February 2, 1960, the State Council issued the "Instructions on Receiving and Resettlement of Returned Overseas Chinese". It is required that all localities properly arrange the work of returned overseas Chinese according to the needs of the country and the volunteers of individuals. All baggage and articles brought back by returned overseas Chinese will be exempt from customs duties, and all property brought back will always be owned by individuals.
