(6) China provides the best quality equipment and materials that it can produce, and negotiates the price according to the international market price. If any does not meet the agreed specifications and quality, China will guarantee the return and exchange. (7) Any kind of technical assistance provided will ensure that the personnel of the recipient country can fully master this kind of technology. (8) The experts sent by China shall enjoy the same material treatment as the experts of the recipient country, and no special requirements or enjoyment shall be allowed.
