Today, 119 years ago, on December 14, 1906 (Calendar, October 29, 1906), Planck first published the Quantum Theory. In 1900 Professor Planck of the University of Berlin in Germany first proposed the Quantum Theory. On December 14, 1906 Planck published a paper at the Berlin Physics Society entitled The Theory of the Law of the Distribution of Energy in the Normal Spectrum, which put forward the famous Planck formula, which is widely regarded as the day of the birth of quantum physics. Max Planck (1858-1947) first formed his quantum theory in 1900. This theory, like Einstein's relativity theory published five years later, had a profound impact on physics.
