Leonardo founded the French feudal official newspaper The Communiqué.

Founder of The Communiqué, Leonardo
On May 30, 1631, Leonardo founded the Communiqué, the first weekly newspaper in France to be published in a row.
It was founded by Theophraste Renaudot, who is known as the father of French news, and was recommended by the Prime Minister of France, with a publication license from King Louis XIII: "The very son of Leonardo himself, has the right to publish newspapers forever in France," and the King and the Prime Minister have written for him.
The French Communiqué and the two other publications of the time, the Journal des Savants and the Mercurie de France, monopolized the dissemination of French ideas in journalism, science and literature.
The French Communiqué, with its duty to safeguard the interests of the dynasty, published some political articles at the same time as the news, thus becoming the world's first political newspaper, thus painting a heavy note for the political colour of the French newspaper.
Although the French Communiqué has actually become the official tongue, from the perspective of the news reporting business, the annual publication collection of articles also reflects to a certain extent the professional philosophy adhered to by Leonardo.
