On September 28, 1954, the London-Paris Agreement was signed.

The United States, Britain, France, Italy, East Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Canada met in London on 28 September 1954 to reach a compromise on the issue of the Federal Germany’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and the British and American presence in Western Europe. On 21 to 23 October, the nine countries also convened a Paris conference, signing the amendment to the Bonn Convention to restore Federal Germany’s sovereignty. The agreement entered into force on 5 May 1955 and the amendment to the Brussels Treaty Organization and the amendment to the Brussels Treaty, and the document on the status of the Federal Germany’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty and the Sarre Organization. The Paris-Paris International Convention, one of the seven pillars, aims not only to promote the United States,
