November 5, 1992 Colombian Drug Trafficking Group 2nd Military Headquarters
Today, 33 years ago, on November 5, 1992 (Lunar Calendar, October 11, 1992) the Colombian Drug Trafficking Group’s Second Military Headquarters. On November 5, 1992, the Second Military Headquarters of the Colombian Drug Trafficking Group, nicknamed “Tyson,” landed in the Abra Valley in the outskirts of the city of Medellin. It was six days before the Colombian police shot down the drug-trafficking group’s First Military Head, Munios-Moscra, after another drug-trafficking leader, Tyson, was caught and deported from Medellin City to San Diego under strict security measures.
