July 7, 1929 First flight between the East coast of the United States
Today, 96 years ago, on July 7, 1929 (Lunar Calendar, June 1, 1929), the first flight between the eastern coast of the United States was operated. While the aircraft was crowded, the service was careful until July 7, 1929, when American Airlines began its transnational shipping business.
