On August 1, 1933, the Central Soviet District was composed of the Central Guard Division and the International Division of the Communist Party of China. On August 1, 1933, according to the resolution of the National General Trade Union Executive Board on the "Creation of Workers' Division", the Workers' Division was formally established in Jiangsu Jiangsu. The Central Military Commission ordered the Workers' Division to be the Central Guard Division of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, and to carry out the tasks of defending the capital of the Red Regime, Zhejiang.
