On August 18, 1925, the National Revolutionary Army was formally formed. The Soviet military adviser Gallen (from the right) gave a speech at the National Revolutionary Army's constituent assembly. After the establishment of the National Revolutionary Army, Zhou Enlai, Linber Khan, Li Fujin and others served as party representatives of the army. On August 18, 1925, the National Revolutionary Army Military Committee decided to abolish the name of several major local armies under its jurisdiction and unify it into the "National Revolutionary Army". Initially composed into five armies, the Party Army was formed on the basis of the Student Army of Huangpu University; the Party Army was formed on the basis of the Fifth Army, the People's Revolutionary Army was formed by Jiang
