Willis Haviland Carrier, 26 November 1876 – 7 October 1850), an American engineer and inventor, was the inventor of modern air conditioning systems. Dr. Willis Haviland Carrier was born in 1902 in Brooklyn, New York, and designed an air conditioning system that solved the problem of too high summer humidity and resulting in paper deformation that could not be printed. Over the next 100 years, the Keely Company, founded by Dr. Keely and Dr. Keely, was dedicated to the continuous innovation of air conditioning technology.
