On August 13, 1945, the National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam convened the National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam on August 13, 1945, the National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam decided to initiate a general uprising and seize power. Because the general uprising won a complete victory, overthrew the over 80 years of colonial rule and a thousand years of feudal rule in the Indo-Vietnam, established the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, opened a new era in the history of Vietnam, so the National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam decided to initiate a general uprising and seize power. Because of the general uprising, the Japanese imperialist invaded Vietnam. On March 9, 1945, the Japanese army surrounded the camp of the French and a thousand years of feudal rule in the Indo-
