Today, 39 years ago, on 31 October 1986 (Calendar 28 September 1986), the Polar Science Examination Ship of China began global navigation. On 31 October 1986, at ten o¡¯clock, the first Polar Science Examination Ship of China, the Polar Science Examination Ship, was launched at Qingdao Harbour. The Polar Science Examination Ship, carrying the third Antarctic Science Examination Team of China, began its first flight and became the first Antarctic Science Examination Ship in the history of China¡¯s navigation. The main task of this trip was to expand the Long City Station and conduct a comprehensive multi-scientific examination. The entire two-six-six-seven-million flight is expected to return to the Indian Ocean, the Pacific Ocean and the West Ocean.
